SECURITY SERVICES
Campus & Satellite Properties | School Year 2026/27
The International School of Lusaka (ISL) invites sealed tenders from suitably qualified and experienced security companies to provide professional security services across the ISL campus and affiliated properties on an ongoing contract basis
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Day & night guarding — main campus
- Day & night supervisors
- Satellite property coverage (Chila Road, Brentwood, Lukasu, Roma, Martin Luther)
- Armed response (campus)
- Duress / rapid response monitoring
- Access control & visitor management
- Incident reporting & security logs
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Dedicated on-site supervisors (day & night shifts)
- All staff in clean, identifiable company uniforms
- Valid security industry licence/accreditation
- PPE mandatory for all staff
- Police clearances required (≤ 3 years)
- All-inclusive monthly pricing per post
- 12-hour shift staffing model
COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS
- PACRA company registration
- ZRA tax clearance certificate
- Valid insurance certificates
- NAPSA employer registration
- Workers' compensation registration
- Security company licence
- Client references (minimum 2)
PRICING: All quotes must be submitted on a per-post-per-month, all-inclusive basis covering salary, allowances, PPE, uniforms, equipment, meals, NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, workers' compensation, insurance, overheads, and VAT. Quotes required for guard and supervisor rates.

SAFEGUARDING NOTICE: ISL is a child-safe school. All contractor personnel must hold a valid police clearance certificate and must complete child-safeguarding training as provided by ISL prior to deployment.All contractor staff must undergo mandatory child-safeguarding training as provided by ISL prior to or upon commencement. No unsupervised access to students will be permitted under any circumstances.
ISL reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without providing reasons. This notice does not constitute an offer of contract.
