Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Greet guests warmly, seat them promptly, and present menus
Order Management Take accurate food and drink orders, relay special requests to the kitchen, and advise on menu items, specials, and allergens
Payment Present bills, process cash/card payments, operate POS systems, and handle transactions accurately
Health & Safety : Follow food hygiene standards, HACCP guidelines, and restaurant safety policies at all times
Closing Duties Restock service stations, polish cutlery/glassware, and assist with end-of-shift cleaning
Requirements
Experience
tracable experience highly recommended 2 to 3 years of experience
-Skills
Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills; ability to stay calm under pressure
Physical Able to stand/walk for long shifts and carry trays up to 10kg
Professional appearance, basic math for handling payments, and a food handler’s certificate if required locally
