Our client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Case Management Specialist (Pharmacovigilance) to join their Local Medical Safety team.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven professional to take ownership of case processing, safety reporting, and compliance activities within a global pharmacovigilance framework.
What you'll be doing:
?? Manage the local collection, review, reporting, and reconciliation of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)
?? Ensure PV audit and inspection readiness at all times
?? Support the preparation and submission of aggregate safety reports
?? Monitor and implement local and global PV regulatory requirements
?? Escalate and manage compliance issues, CAPAs, and non-conformances
?? Deliver AE/PQC training and safety awareness support
What you'll bring:
? A degree in life, health, or pharmaceutical sciences (preferred)
? Proficiency in medical terminology
? Minimum 2+ years' pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 1 year in product vigilance / case processing
? Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
? Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
? Fluency in English and the relevant local language(s)
?? Own PC/laptop required to fulfil job responsibilities.
