Our client is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join a professional team in Cape Town. This opportunity is suited to a technically capable individual with solid Revit and AutoCAD experience who enjoys working across a diverse range of building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and technical drawings.
Work on a variety of building projects, including (but not limited to) :
Retail Developments
Commercial/ office developments
High-rise residential buildings
Hotel developments

Requirements:

3+ years' relevant BIM Modelling experience.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Formal or specialised BIM training would be advantageous.
Good attention to detail and a structured approach to technical work.
