Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Leadership or Sales Management roles
- Previous Health, Safety and Risk training Sales experience
- Understand how to drive and manage a sales team.
- Previous experience leading and managing a diverse sales team across multiple regions
- Success in securing diverse business by implementing tailored sales strategies
- Conduct effective contract negotiations.
- Oversee sales team performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Must be able and willing to travel
