Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Perform outbound telesales, including confident cold calling.
- Engage professionally with external customers on queries and sales requirements.
- Support Sales personnel with administrative and sales-related tasks.
Order Processing & Administration- Assist in processing new and repeat orders to meet customer requirements.
- Manage order quantities, pricing, delivery dates, and label specifications.
- Track and manage orders and delivery dates for the allocated sales portfolio.
CRM & Quoting- Manage and update the CRM system accurately.
- Prepare and issue quotations through Syspro.
Minimum RequirementsQualifications- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Tertiary qualification in Administration, Marketing, or Sales (advantageous).
Experience & Knowledge- Experience in internal sales / telesales.
- Knowledge of the self-adhesive label manufacturing industry (advantageous).
Skills- High level of numeracy.
- Strong computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Excel particularly important).
- Excellent coordination and administrative skills.
