The Role: Store Manager
The Store Manager role is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations while driving sales performance and team engagement. This role exists to ensure the store consistently meets performance targets, operates efficiently, and delivers a positive customer experience through strong leadership on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail store management experience in a sales-focused environment
- Coordinate daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Implement strategies to achieve sales and performance targets
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Manage, motivate, and lead team members by example
- Foster a positive, accountable, and energetic working environment
- Ensure operational processes and systems are consistently followed
About You
- 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within retail
- Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to lead by example on the floor
- Proven ability to manage teams, performance, and daily operations
- High energy, hands-on leadership style suited to a fast-paced environment
- Organised, accountable, and comfortable working retail hours
