Job Summary.
Our client, a South Africa's specialist agricultural development bank, is seeking a Senior Specialist: Remuneration & Benefits to strengthen its People & Culture capability through robust reward governance, advanced analytics and public-sector-aligned remuneration frameworks.
Key Focus Areas:
- Remuneration & benefits frameworks, policy implementation and compliance
- Salary benchmarking, market surveys and internal equity analysis
- Advanced remuneration dashboards, modelling and reporting (Excel / Power BI)
- Job evaluation, grading and incentive scheme support
- Governance submissions, audit readiness and PFMA-aligned reporting
What You Bring To The Role:
- Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Finance or Commerce
- 5+ years' remuneration & benefits experience (SOE / banking / finance preferred)
- Strong job evaluation, benchmarking and incentive analytics exposure
- Advanced Excel (modelling, pivots, formulas); dashboard/reporting tools
- Sound understanding of PFMA, DPE Remuneration Guidelines & King Codes
