Our client, a leading national development finance institution is seeking an experienced Manager: Core Banking & Client Channels to lead the strategic performance, sustainability and integration of its core banking platform and client delivery channels.
What You Must Have:
- Lead the strategic roadmap for core banking platforms and client channels.
- Oversee product performance, P&L management and commercial viability.
- Drive channel integration, optimisation and platform innovation.
- Ensure risk, governance, audit and compliance alignment.
- Deliver data-driven insights, market benchmarks and performance reporting.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders across the banking value chain.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Commercial / Business Degree.
- 3-5 years' experience in core banking platform management and channel delivery.
- Proven experience delivering integrated banking or digital channel solutions.
- Strong analytical, financial and strategic capability.
- Public-sector or development finance experience highly advantageous.
