Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
- Create engaging, student-centered learning environments.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources that support academic excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress using data-driven teaching strategies.
- Promote critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning.
- Maintain strong classroom management and uphold safeguarding standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
- Contribute to extracurricular programs and school initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area (Master’s degree preferred).
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, Diploma in Education, or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Cambridge or other international curricula (an advantage).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for education and student development.
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional integrity.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
