REQUIRED qualifications:
+3 years of management level of operations experience in retail.
PROVABLE experience of effective team and project management in retail or other appropriate sectors.
OVER 25 years of age, must be mature and responsible.
Able to communicate very clearly.
Capable to resolve problems and tasks without supervision.
Own transport or car an advantage but not essential (job requires frequent travel about Lusaka - transport costs will be covered)
DUTIES:
1. Overseeing shop operations - ensuring customer service is prioritised and shop is run efficiently
2. Solving problems and maintaining discipline.
3. Getting feedback from clients on issues at the shop
4. Setting up and outfitting new shops.
5. Carrying out tasks as set by management
