Our client is looking to employ a Connectivity Support / Renewals Warranty Manager based in Bellville
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the complete renewal lifecycle for all connected products
- Maintain accurate contract, renewal, and warranty data in Salesforce
- Implement customer outreach strategies to boost on-time and early renewals
- Work closely with distribution partners to chase renewals until purchase orders are received
- Partner with Sales for forecasting and progress tracking
- Monitor and report renewal metrics to leadership
- Prepare and issue quotes (including consolidation quotes
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Matric / Grade 12 is essential
- Sales & Marketing Diploma / Degree is a must!
- 2-3 years' experience in Sales or Marketing / Renewals Warranty background
- Accounting background experience
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
