Our client is looking to employ a Sales Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximize sales volume and increase market share
- Meet sales, brand, and market share targets
- Maintain agreed GP margins
- Ensure optimal on-site stock levels through proactive engagement with Supply Chain
- Deliver excellent service to all assigned outlets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Follow a structured customer call schedule
- Conduct regular account reviews
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently
- Manage product quality and uphold brand standards
- Handle all sales administration and compile required reports
- Perform effective pre-call planning
- Conduct personal performance audits
- Support internal collaboration and project execution
Requirements:- Matric
- Valid Drivers' license and Own Transport is preferred
- 2-3 years proven experience as a Sales Representative
- Industry experience in DIE, Wood, and Farming sectors (essential)
- Excellent verbal ability and communication skills
- Strong persuasiveness and selling ability
- A creative, people-oriented approach with solid interpersonal skills
- Experience working with both large and small businesses
- Ability to manage demanding customers
- Experience working with high-profile / LSM markets
- Strong internal stakeholder collaboration
- A track record of executing plans effectively
- Solid internal project management capability
