Key Requirements
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in conference / corporate events sales
· Must have an existing database and network of corporate clients
· Strong ability to quote, follow up, negotiate, and close conference bookings
· Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
· Well-groomed, corporate, and confident dealing with high-level business clients
· Highly organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
· Target-driven with a passion for hospitality and customer service
· Strong admin skills (email communication, proposals, client files, booking systems)
Key Responsibilities
· Generate new corporate conference and event business
· Manage enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
· Prepare professional conference quotes and proposals
· Follow up consistently and close deals efficiently
· Maintain and grow the client database
· Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and event planners
· Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of events
