We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of six (6) years proven restaurant management experience and contactable references (non-negotiable).
Key Responsibilities
· Full restaurant operational management (front of house and service standards)
· Staff leadership, training, performance management and discipline
· Staff rosters, shift planning and daily operational control
· Customer service excellence and guest satisfaction management
· Stock control, ordering, receiving, stock rotation and cost control
· Daily cash-ups, reporting and basic administration
· Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness and Health & Safety compliance
· Driving sales through upselling and overall restaurant performance
· Maintaining high service standards during peak trading periods
Minimum Requirements
· Minimum 6 years restaurant management experience
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Proven ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
· Contactable references (non-negotiable)
· Reliable transport and punctuality
· Must be able to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading hours
