Job Spec - Outbound Call Centre Agent

Purpose of this role:

To conduct various surveys telephonically in a professional manner as per specific client requirements and to capture and store these completed surveys electronically.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Outbound call centre - doing surveys
Make outbound calls and complete written survey in Afrikaans or English

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Matric
Must have at least 6 months call centre experience
MUST be able to speak and write in English and at least one other African language
MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY MUST live in Cape Town

Package & Remuneration

Rate R40 per hour - performance and tenure increases
Based in Claremont (Cape Town)
Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
Project based (as and when needed)
