Job Spec - Outbound Call Centre Agent
Purpose of this role:
To conduct various surveys telephonically in a professional manner as per specific client requirements and to capture and store these completed surveys electronically.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Outbound call centre - doing surveys
- Make outbound calls and complete written survey in Afrikaans or English
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Matric
- Must have at least 6 months call centre experience
- MUST be able to speak and write in English and at least one other African language
- MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY MUST live in Cape Town
Package & Remuneration
- Rate R40 per hour - performance and tenure increases
- Based in Claremont (Cape Town)
- Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
- Project based (as and when needed)
