Are you a hands-on technician who thrives on solving problems and building machines from the ground up?
Is this you?
You're a proactive, solutions-driven technician who enjoys both the precision of machine assembly and the dynamic challenges of on-site support. You're confident with your tools, calm under pressure, and take pride in helping customers get the best out of their equipment. You value teamwork but are also comfortable working independently when needed. And you're adaptable -ready to travel, support clients, and pitch in wherever you're needed.
What you'll be doing
You'll split your time between customer support and in-house machine building. Expect to be out in the field troubleshooting breakdowns, resolving issues, and training clients on proper machine usage and maintenance. When on-site, you'll assemble and test new machines, calibrating them to meet performance standards. You'll work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure builds align with technical specs, and you'll document your work carefully - from repairs to modifications. This role plays a key part in improving service quality, driving safety, and strengthening customer relationships.
Where you'll be doing it
You'll join an innovative manufacturer with a reputation for engineering excellence in their food & beverage sector. They've built a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture where ideas are welcomed and employees are empowered to grow. With strong ties to local and international clients, their focus on precision and service keeps them ahead in a competitive space.
What you'll need
You should bring a solid background in mechanical, electrical & technical disciplines, ideally with hands-on experience in machine assembly, troubleshooting, and repair. Strong communication skills are essential for customer training and support. You'll need to be comfortable with travel and possess a safety-first mindset. A driver's license is essential.
What you'll get
A competitive salary, the chance to work on cutting-edge machinery, and opportunities to develop your skills in a close-knit, supportive environment that values initiative and innovation.
