Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and management information systems
- Extract and analyse data using SQL to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, and business trends
- Provide data-driven insights to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Automate reporting processes and maintain data accuracy
- Lead reporting projects and initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve existing processes
- Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and analytical workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an MIS role
- Strong MIS, reporting, and data analytics experience
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills; experience with Python, Power BI, Tableau, and/or SharePoint
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot
- Proven ability to build reports and dashboards, analyse data, and identify discrepancies
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- BPO experience is an advantage
Location and Work Arrangements: Based in Cape Town, this is a strictly office-based role involving shift work aligned with US time zones.
