We are assisting out client who is looking for an execution-focused M&A Associate for an immediate start to join their boutique advisory practice.
In the position you will be tasked with drafting high-impact Information Memorandums (IMs) and Teaser documents, building high-level financial models and valuation frameworks and you will have daily interaction alongside the execution team in India.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on M&A or corporate finance experience
- Registered CA(SA) / CFA Levels (current)
- Strong track record in deal documentation and analytical modelling
