KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor daily deliveries and outstanding PODs.
Follow up with drivers/riders and operational teams on missing or incomplete PODs.
Ensure service quality
Operational perfomance
Stock Control and compliance
Oversee multiple service locations
Manage technicians

Desired Skills:

Manage a team
Operational Management
Operational activities

Desired Work Experience:

2 to 5 years Middle / Department Management

Desired Qualification Level:

Grade 12 / Matric

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Workshop/service management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Stock control and reporting experience
- Valid driver's licence
