Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily High Care Unit operations.
- Lead and support the nursing team.
- Ensure effective patient care and clinical monitoring.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources.
- Monitor quality and patient safety indicators.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current SANC registration.
- Relevant Critical Care qualification advantageous.
- Previous High Care or Critical Care experience.
- Unit management or supervisory experience.
- Strong clinical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
