Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Cathlab exposure to join a specialised cardiovascular team. This opportunity is ideal for a clinically strong nurse who can work confidently in a technically advanced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Assist the multidisciplinary team during Cathlab procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain strict infection prevention and patient safety standards.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation.
- Support emergency interventions when required.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current SANC registration.
- Previous Cathlab experience essential.
- Relevant Cathlab qualification advantageous.
- Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.
- Knowledge of cardiac procedures and patient care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
