A leading investment advisory firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / VP to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior investment banking professional to lead complex M&A and equity financing transactions, mentor junior team members, and work on high-profile transactions across Africa and international markets.
Experience Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' overall working experience, including at least 6 years in investment banking
- Proven experience leading M&A, equity financing, IPOs, private placements, and cross-border transactions
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis skills
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
- Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, transaction execution, and commercial legislation
- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
