Our client is seeking a skilled Structural Draughtsman to join their Pretoria office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects while producing high-quality structural drawings and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate structural drawings in accordance with relevant codes and standards
- Prepare detailed structural layouts, sections, reinforcement detailing, and bending schedules
- Develop construction drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate project delivery
- Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Maintain drawing standards and documentation throughout project lifecycles
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Structural Draughtsman
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel detailing
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
