What You'll Be Doing
- Process customer freight orders accurately every single work day.
- Verify all booking details before computer system data entry.
- Confirm vehicle details with all assigned transport freight carriers.
- Compile complete and accurate daily freight vehicle booking packs.
- Hand over processed orders to the business transport planners.
Required Qualifications- Hold a National Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
Required Experience- Possess three years of order planning industry work experience.
- Show strong data entry and computer system management skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to process orders under time pressure.
- Display clear communication skills for carrier transport vehicle coordination.
- Apply problem-solving skills for incomplete client order data packs.
