Are you experienced in escorting high-value commodities or providing close protection services? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Specialised Solutions division. This role is ideal for someone with a background in high-risk, high-value security operations who is ready to transition into a dynamic business development role.
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS
- Experience in escorting high-value commodities (e.g., cash-in-transit, precious metals, sensitive assets)
- Background in close protection services
- Strong network within the security, logistics, or high-risk sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and client engagement
- Customer support, proposals and solutions
- Lead marketing initiatives and conduct cold calling to generate leads
- Ensure sales growth in the SPECIALISED SOLUTIONS revenue streams
- Client relationship management
- Provide excellent customer service
- Service knowledge pricing structure and service
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Grade 12
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 -7 years’ Business Development experience preferably within Specialised
- Solutions (Specialised Services offering)
- Previous Solutions Design and Mitigation Case studies
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license & a reliable car
- PSIRA registered
