Well established company on the East Rand seeks an Administrator who is immediately available with purchase orders experience to work on a four month contract
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Reliable transport
Not currently working and willing to work on a four mth contract
Previous experience dealing with purchase orders essential
Duties
- Manage general office administration, including filing, communication, and scheduling
- Create and process purchase orders accurately and on time
- Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Match invoices with purchase orders and assist with basic financial records
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve order issues
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain accurate records
