Role Overview
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Training Consultant will be responsible for facilitating training programmes, leading workshops, and consulting with clients on sales performance and strategy.
This role requires a strong blend of sales expertise, analytical thinking, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage confidently in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training programmes and modules (in-house and on-site with clients)
- Lead interactive workshops and learning sessions
- Consult with clients on sales strategies and performance improvement
- Navigate and manage challenging training environments with confidence
- Customise training delivery based on client needs
- Support broader business objectives in a small, hands-on team environment
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and/or sales management
- Strong facilitation, presentation, or training experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required
Advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience in a consulting or training environment
- Afrikaans language proficiency

Remuneration & Benefits
Salary: R360,000 - R540,000 per annum (CTC) depending on experience
Includes:R11,000/month car allowanceR1,000/month cell phone allowance
No additional benefits (medical aid or pension)
Leave:15 days annual leave (Year 1)20 days annual leave thereafter
