Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting business objectives through strategic IT solutions. The role requires the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment while leading the implementation and maintenance of software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems
- Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of new software solutions across departments
- Ensure system security, data protection, and backup procedures are in place and functioning
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime and reliability
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
- Train and support staff on new systems and technologies
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in IT management or a similar role
- Experience with enterprise software systems and IT infrastructure management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage

- May require occasional after-hours support
