Our client, a global outsourcing and technology company, is looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end transition programmes across multiple regions. This role sits close to both delivery and growth, requiring someone who can manage implementation while also contributing to solution design and new business pursuits.

You'll be responsible for taking transition initiatives from early-stage solutioning through to steady state, ensuring that processes are implemented effectively, stakeholders are aligned, and delivery standards are met. Along the way, you'll also play a role in strengthening transition capability and introducing improvements to how projects are executed.
You'll be working across a broad internal network, including operations, quality, transformation, and enabling functions such as HR, technology, and compliance. Externally, you'll engage directly with client stakeholders throughout the transition lifecycle.
This role would suit someone who is comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, and who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programmes.
Exposure to international travel or the ability to engage across global regions will be beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end transition projects, from initial design through to operational handover
- Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery readiness
- Assessing existing processes and identifying opportunities for optimisation, re-engineering, or offshoring
- Driving consistent service delivery across client engagements
- Supporting new business initiatives by contributing to proposals and customised solutions
- Taking ownership of transition delivery for new client engagements when deals are secured
- Engaging regularly with senior stakeholders to provide updates, insights, and recommendations
Key requirements:
- A degree is required, with additional programme or project management certifications (such as PMP) being advantageous
- At least 10+ years' experience, primarily within a BPO or digital operations environment
- Proven experience leading transition programmes, including at least a few years in a dedicated transitions role
- Strong project or programme management capability, ideally with exposure to mid-sized engagements
- Solid understanding of operational environments, including technology, pricing, and process design
- The ability to assess and improve processes with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- A self-driven approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes
