Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers with identifying and purchasing spare parts for trucks
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to walk in and phone in clients
• Maintain and update stock records, invoices, and sales reports
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Promote products and upsell where possible
• Ensure a clean, organized, and customer friendly sales environment
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· At least 3 years’ proven sales experience in spare parts for Chinese trucks (Sino, HOWO, FAW, Shacman, etc.)
• Valid Zambian Driver’s License
• Strong knowledge of truck spare parts and compatibility
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Good computer literacy (POS systems & basic MS Office) is an added advantage
• Energetic and results driven
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and customer focused attitude
• Team player with good problem-solving skills
