? Registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
? 3–5 years’ experience in community scheme or property portfolio management
? Strong understanding of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act and CSOS regulations
? Excellent financial acumen and budgeting experience
? Proficiency in property management software systems
? Strong administrative and organizational skills
? Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
