Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Controller in Avoca KZN to manage reconciliations, creditors, leases, and monthly financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor all account movements.
- Reconcile petty cash and credit card statements; raise queries for discrepancies.
- Manage lease agreements, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile creditors and ensure supplier payments are processed promptly.
- Oversee fleet costs and submit PAYE reports.
- Maintain accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations (Debtors, Payroll & VAT).
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) with a BCom in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–3 years finance experience in an online computerized environment, preferably manufacturing.
- Experience with JDE systems is an advantage.
