Our client, a leading JSE-listed property group is seeking a high-impact Operations Manager to take ownership of premium office and industrial assets.
This is not retail/mall management - we're looking for a technically strong, commercially sharp operator who can drive asset performance, compliance, and tenant excellence.
Ideal Profile.
Technical Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical).
3+ years in Facilities / Property Operations (Office/Industrial).
Strong financial, technical & compliance capability.
Proven ability to run assets like a business.
