An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Human Capital and Transformation Practitioner to provide integrated operational and administrative support across Human Capital and Transformation functions. This role supports the effective delivery of HR services, transformation initiatives, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support across HR operations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain employee records and HR systems (SAGE/ESS)
- Support Industrial Relations processes and documentation
- Assist with recruitment and end-to-end onboarding processes
- Support performance management and organisational design initiatives
- Coordinate employee wellness programmes and compliance reporting
- Assist with B-BBEE and transformation reporting and initiatives
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labour legislation, and governance standards
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (NQF 6/7)
- 3-5 years' HR generalist experience
- 3-5 years' experience in Transformation and B-BBEE (B-BBEE audit exposure advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour legislation
- Excellent administrative, communication, and coordination skills
