A dynamic organization is looking to employ a Service Engineer with 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role with experience working on CNC Machinery
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Valid driver’s license & own vehicle
- Candidate must be willing to travel across South Africa
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Trade tested Millwright / CNC
- Focused on customer service and quality
- Technologically savvy and have some electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience
- Conduct preventative maintenance and checklist services on CNC machine tools at customer sites across Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, and Port Elizabeth
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to deliver excellent customer service
- Promoting products and supporting customers during installations, maintenance, and repairs to enhance their operational success
- Record and document machine conditions, technical findings, and customer information, and provide recommendations for performance improvements
