Our client, a well-established organisation within the Financial Services sector, is seeking an experienced Project Co-Ordinator on a contract basis to support strategic Digital initiatives.
- Support the Project Manager from initiation through to project completion on the Sales Portal and Self-Service enhancements projects
- Coordinate project activities across the full project lifecycle
- Monitor and track project progress, milestones, risks and dependencies
- Maintain and update project documentation and governance artefacts
- Assist with resource planning and allocation tracking
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with project governance and SDLC requirements
- Engage and coordinate stakeholders within the Digital environment
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies where required (Scrum/Kanban)
- Maintain project tools, including JIRA, Confluence and PPO
- Prepare structured status reports and delivery updates
- Ensure alignment between project plans, timelines and deliverables
