The Role: Head of Finance:
You will own the Full Finance Function and lead a Multi-Disciplinary Team which includes:
- Finance Managers
- Management and Financial Accountants
- Accounts Receivable Team
- Accounts Payable Team
- Payroll Team
- Branch Managers
You will work closely with a Bright, Quick-Thinking, Strategic CFO and a Dynamic CEO, who will expect you to bring Operational Rigour, Commercial Insight, and Hands-on Leadership to the table.
This is a role for a "Doer" - someone who leads from the front, drives high standards, and ensures the numbers are right, on time, every time!
What you must bring:
- CA (SA)
- SOLID CFO or Head of Finance experience
- Proven experience in a Distribution, Imports, FMCG, or Automotive Parts Environment
- A strong Operational grasp, comfortable working on the ground, in the detail
- Exceptional Management and Leadership capability
- High accountability and delivery focus
- Ability to thrive in a non-corporate, fast-changing, Entrepreneurial Environment
- Zero tolerance for inefficiency, excuses, or missed deadlines
- A solution-driven mindset and the ability to operate at a fast-pace
