This role is responsible for delivering an efficient and professional front office service by managing the reception area, handling enquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment for all delegates, staff, visitors and adherence to health and safety protocols.

- Reception duties.
- Meeting venue and parking coordination.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and experience:
- National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
- 2 years reception and administrative experience.
- Experience in an educational environment is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service and front office management.
- Strong administrative background.
- Computer literacy.
- Telephone etiquette skills.
