The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing core human resource functions, including payroll, leave, and employee relations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role supports organizational compliance and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is looking to grow into an HR Manager position over time and must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and verify time sheets for all staff
- Oversee employee leave administration and records
- Process monthly payroll in collaboration with finance
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
- Handle disciplinary procedures and assist with grievance matters
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management
- Assist in training and development initiatives
- Act as a liaison between management and staff on HR matters
- Participate in policy development and review

Requirements- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field

- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
RemunerationR20 000 - R25 000 monthly
