Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive overall sales performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved
- Strategy Development: Design, implement, and refine sales strategies that align with growth objectives

- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities across target sectors (Mining, Municipal, Fire Protection, Commercial, Agricultural), expand client base, and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with product offerings
- Expand the company's market presence locally and internationally through strategic partnerships and networking
- Commercial Growth: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maximize revenue streams
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years proven sales experience, ideally in industrial, engineering, or water-related sectors
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and deliver measurable results
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities with a client-centric approach

- Proven track record in sales/business development, preferably in industrial, construction, or water infrastructure sectors
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and tender processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required
- Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field (advantageous)
