BarBeast Men's Fitness – Makeni, Lusaka

BarBeast Men's Fitness is looking for a motivated, friendly, and fitness-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Staff & Personal Trainer.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 17:00 – 21:30
Saturday: 12:00 – 19:00

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations and attend to client enquiries.
Provide information about the gym, memberships, services, and facilities to prospective clients.
Conduct equipment orientations and ensure members understand how to use gym equipment safely.
Provide personal training and fitness guidance to clients according to their goals and abilities.
Process membership and other client payments accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and gym environment.
Support the overall day-to-day operations of the gym.
Build positive relationships with members and help create an encouraging fitness environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in personal training, gym instruction, customer service, or front desk operations is an advantage.
Good knowledge of gym equipment, exercise techniques, and basic fitness principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, reliable, and well-presented.
Comfortable working with clients of different fitness levels.
Ability to handle payments and basic administrative duties.
A passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
A relevant personal training or fitness qualification is an added advantage.
