Hotel Receptionist

Number of Positions: 2 females

Work Location: Lusaka

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for hotel front desk reception, warmly welcoming guests during check-in and check-out.

- Handle procedures related to guest check-in, check-out, and extensions.

- Answer phone calls, handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints.

- Assist guests in resolving any issues encountered during their stay.

- Responsible for cashier duties, account registration, and daily business report preparation.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area and uphold a good hotel image.

- Maintain good communication and coordination with the housekeeping department and other departments.

- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

- Age 18-30

- High school education or above.

- Good communication skills; Chinese language proficiency is preferred.

- Proficient in computers and office software.

- Responsible and conscientious, with strong service awareness and team spirit.

- Experience in hotels, customer service, or front desk work is preferred.

- Able to work in shifts, including night shifts.
