Our client is looking to employ an Account Executive based in Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with both new and existing clients
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Develop and execute effective account growth plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate pipeline and customer information in the CRM system
- Support targeted sales campaigns across various industry verticals
Requirements:- 3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar role
- Experience with outbound prospecting and new business development is highly advantageous
- Exposure to IT, Technology, Telecommunications, SaaS, or B2B sales environments preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong research and personalized outreach capabilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by achieving measurable results
- Ability to confidently manage client engagements independently
