GENERAL MANAGER | RAIL & CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE

Are you a commercially driven leader ready to lead growth and shape the future of a growing infrastructure business?
We’re looking for a General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across rail maintenance and project activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business growth and operational strategy
- Oversee projects, budgets, resources, risk and commercial performance
- Take ownership of profitability, cash flow and cost control
- Lead and develop experienced technical and operational teams
- Manage key client and industry relationships
- Support tenders, estimating and contract negotiations
- Build the systems and structure required for significant growth
REQUIREMENTS- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- 10–15 years’ experience in civil infrastructure, rail, construction or related environments
- 5+ years’ senior management / business unit leadership or general management role
- Strong project, commercial and financial management experience
- Rail infrastructure or heavy civil construction experience advantageous.
