A reputable organisation within the financial services/development finance environment is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer.
Key Requirements
- LLB degree – essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a regulatory, legal and compliance environment
- Strong regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement skills
Core KPIs- Monitor applicable legislation and changes in the regulatory environment
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring and training programmes
- Prepare compliance risk mitigation plans
- Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies
- Support implementation of organisational policies and complaints procedures
- Facilitate compliance and governance reporting
