The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to and managing architectural projects, with a strong focus on technical and industrial developments.
Requirements
- SACAP Registered Professional Architect – Non-negotiable
- Strong BIM capability
- Strong Excel skills
- Proven experience working on technical and/or industrial projects
- Strong technical design and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage architectural designs from concept through to documentation
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation
- Utilise BIM software effectively throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders
- Assist with project planning, documentation and delivery
- Ensure designs and documentation comply with relevant standards and regulations
- Support technical and industrial project requirements
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
