We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our retail branch. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations
- Supervise, motivate, and support retail staff
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Step in to manage the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate Required
- Relevant experience in retail or a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate (MS Office or POS systems advantageous)
