INVITATION TO TENDER / QUOTATION
A private Zambia Limited Company hereby invites qualified and reputable suppliers/service providers to submit quotations for the Supply, Installation, Configuration and Commissioning of ENTIS Software System complete with hardware and accessories for five (5) tanks.
Scope of Works
The successful bidder shall be required to supply, install, configure, test and commission the following:
Main System
- ENTIS Software System for 5 Tanks
- Complete PC Hardware
- System Configuration and Setup
- User Training and Commissioning
Accessories and Modules
- Temperature Probe Module Vito 762
- FCI – HRT Module
- Power Module
- CIU 888 Hardware and Configuration
Requirements for Bidders
Interested bidders should provide the following:
- Company profile
- Valid business registration documents
- Tax clearance certificate
- Relevant experience in similar installations
- Delivery and installation schedule
- Warranty and after-sales support details
Submission Details
All quotations/tenders must clearly indicate:
- Total cost breakdown
- Delivery timeline
- Payment terms
- Validity period of quotation
