Damage Coordinator / Yard Manager
A reputable company in the automotive sector is seeking to employ a dynamic and experienced Damage Coordinator / Yard Manager to join their team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a similar role
- Previous experience within the automotive industry will be advantageous
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Ability to manage vehicle movement, inspections, and yard operations efficiently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy and report compilation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license advantageous
- Matric certificate essential
- Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate damaged vehicle assessments and reporting
- Manage daily yard operations and vehicle control
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping
- Liaise with clients, drivers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Monitor vehicle movements and yard safety procedures
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance standards are maintained
